I've spent my career helping people navigate the space between where they are and where they want to be. It's rarely a straight line, and it's never just about updating a resume or networking better. My background spans both sides of the equation.

With 20+ years across corporate, consulting, nonprofit, and education sectors, I understand how organizations really work—from board-level strategy to frontline execution. As a former nonprofit COO with deep experience in operations, recruiting leadership, and program management, I bring a holistic view of opportunities and challenges. Additionally, my specialized training in career transition, along with my ICF-approved coaching training gives me the tools to guide you through change with both empathy and practical expertise.
