Coaching Isn’t Just for Executives—It’s for You, Too

For a long time, coaching carried a certain image. Executive retreats. Leadership fast-tracks. Employees handpicked as “high-potentials,” getting access to special coaching programs and development tracks. And while that kind of coaching still exists, it's far from the full picture.

In fact, it's not the picture that inspired me to launch MotivAction Coaching.

I didn’t create this work just for C-suite leaders or those with corporate budgets and talent development plans. I created it for people like me—and maybe like you. People navigating career changes, life shifts, burnout, layoffs, or the quiet frustration of feeling stuck. Some are doing well by traditional standards. Others are in the midst of uncertainty, holding things together one piece at a time.

The truth is that coaching isn’t reserved for people at the top. It’s for people at a turning point. For those who’ve hit a wall. For those who want to grow but aren’t sure where to start. For anyone who needs a moment to pause, reflect, and ask, What do I want next and how do I get there?

That’s the kind of space I offer. Coaching that meets you where you are—not where you think you’re supposed to be.

Through MotivAction Coaching, I help clients tap into both motivation and movement. It's not just about inspiration, it’s about creating small, doable shifts that lead to real change. We reflect on what matters to you, uncover what’s getting in your way, and build toward what’s next with clarity and purpose.

And yes, coaching is an investment. And I’ve created packages and options that make it possible for people to access support without feeling overwhelmed by cost. Whether you’re in between jobs, juggling multiple priorities, or just ready for something to change, I want you to know this: it’s okay to ask for support. And it’s okay to make yourself a priority even when things feel uncertain.

An important note—coaching is not therapy. I’m not a licensed counselor, and coaching is not a substitute for mental health care. What I offer is forward-focused. We don’t dig into the past to diagnose or treat; we work with where you are now and where you want to go. Coaching is about insight, accountability, and growth. And if deeper emotional healing is needed, I fully support working with a therapist alongside coaching or as a first step.

Because coaching isn’t about being “ready.” It’s about being willing. Willing to reflect. Willing to grow. Willing to move forward with clarity, even if just one step at a time.

You don’t have to wait until you have everything figured out. You don’t have to be in crisis or on the “hi-po” track to benefit from coaching. Sometimes the most meaningful shifts begin with a simple, honest conversation.

If something in this resonates with you, let’s talk. I offer single sessions, short intensives, and flexible options designed to support real people navigating real-life change. Wherever you are, we’ll begin there.
